First Foods for Baby

Baby food doesn't have to come in jars. You can make your own at home, and it's not difficult. By making our own baby food at home you will know what’s in it, you can custom tailor the texture to your baby’s taste preferences, shape baby’s tastes and help them to learn what fresh food tastes like.

This class covers the fundamentals of making your own baby food.

  • Important safety rules to follow while preparing baby food at home
  • Proper storage methods
  • How to freeze and unthaw at the right temperatures
  • Taste testing and comparisons to store bought foods will be provided, hands on demonstration, hand-outs and more
  • Package to take home
