Core & Booty Blast

Core & Booty Blast - This 1 hour class is dedicated to core strength and lower body. If you like plank, squats, lunges and more - this class is for you ! This is a great class to complement your current fitness program to isolate the booty, lower body and increase strength.

Registering for: Monday February 6 - March 28 (6weeks)
* no classes Feb. 20 & March 12

Time: 7:30 - 8:30 pm

Cost: $90.00 (inc tax)

Mom & Baby Fitness-light cardio routine with baby combined with some "strength" moves using the baby - ie: squats, chest presses, modified push ups, core/tummy work.
Mom's should be at least 6-8 weeks post partum, The class is designed for babies who are pre-mobile and it is  recommended that babies be under 20 pounds. Mom's do not need a baby carrier, but it would be easier for them to do the class
