This program is a prenatal Pilates class specially tailored to build strength and support for all
the physical changes you will experience throughout your pregnancy. Exercise, feel great and release tension!
This class will ease your delivery and prepare your body for the exciting challenges of carrying and caring for your
new baby. A variety of props will be used, mats, pillows and bands are provided, please bring a stability
ball. You can participate as soon as you discover you are pregnant and with your health care provider’s approval, you
can safely continue taking classes through to delivery. No prior experience required, great for any fitness
level.

Great
way to get your body back into shape while bonding with baby and meeting other new moms! Feel free to feed,
change and share your stories with other moms. Bring everything you need for baby and participate according
to baby’s needs. Slings or front carriers are not required; if babies are sleeping let them sleep!! (babies
sleep either in car seat carriers or on a blanket by your side). No prior experience required, great for
any fitness level. Participate according to babies needs. The class incorporates the weight of baby into

Power PILATES Once
your health care provider gives you clearance after your delivery (6 weeks postpartum) participate in a unique postnatal Pilates
class. Get a total body workout and tone those stubborn areas! Target the abdominals and develop a contoured
waist creating a yummy tummy. We will use a variety of props to achieve strong arms and sculpt lean legs,
thighs and firm buttocks. Increase your overall flexibility, improve your posture and get some quality mommy time.
No prior experience required great for any fitness level. Registering for:
