To provide a clean and healthy environment for every-one we ask that no outdoor shoes are worn in the classroom area.
Cancellation Policy;
Cancellations
due to weather will occur according to the York Region School Board cancellation announcements. If any class or seminar is cancelled by us (due to instructor illness, inclement weather or otherwise),
we will extend remaining sessions (if any) or reschedule a make-up session to ensure you receive the full benefit of the curriculum.
Prenatal Plus Centre reserves the right to cancel a class, due to insufficient enrollment. A full refund will
be made to those who registered in a class that is cancelled.
Prenatal Class Refund Policy; Registration for programs are on a first
come first serve basis. A tentative registration can be made by phone, fax, in person or by e-mail and a spot will be reserved
for a maximum of 10 business days with out payment. Once your payment is processed
and your space is reserved, a minimum of 2 weeks notice is required prior to the start of class to receive a full refund. After that period any refunds/cancellation, are subject to an administration fee of
$30.00. Once the program begins there are no refunds, if a class is missed every effort will be made to accommodate you in
an alternative program. Exceptions
will be made on a case to case situation for medical reasons. We will need confirmation from your medical practitioner in
some cases.
Mom & Baby Programs
During the
day we offer many different programs and activities. Please be aware that we allow for a 15 minute grace period between each program to tidy up and set-up for the next program.
This allows sufficient time for
you to gather your belongings, so that the parents arriving for their program have sufficient space and time to settle in
undisrupted to enjoy their program at the Centre. If you need to have extra time to nurse your baby accommodations will be
made for you to do so.
Mom & Baby Music/Massage Refund Policy;
There are
no refunds should you choose to cancel after the 3rd class of a program. If you are aware that you will be absent for one (1) class before registering we will
pro-rate the amount of the program. We understand that the schedules of young
children change quickly and ever effort will be made to accommodate you in an alternative program or time frame that might
be more suitable for you if this is the reason for your withdraw.
Mom & Baby Music/Massage Make-up Policy;
All clients will be extended the courtesy of (1)
one makeup class during an on-going series. It must be taken with-in a 30
day period in any on-going comp rival program that is running in the Centre. Please see the office manager receive a make-up
voucher. The voucher must be turned in to the instructor when making up a class, no exceptions will be made.
Discounts

Refer a new client
to the centre who registers for a program and save $10 toward your next registration.

Register a second child in the same program and receive 50% off the tuition price for that child.

Group
Rates Organize a group of friends (must be a min. of 8 paid participants) and you get your program at half price. Full class
of 10-12 participants and every-one receives a 10% discount.

Not to be used in combination-only one discount per program

partner with many different organizations for programs at the Centre. If the program you are participating in is operated
by one of the independent business please check their policy and refund policy
directly with them.
