Moving the body the way it was designed to move!
Nia is a fitness program that incorporates the movements, concepts and philosophies from the Eastern and Western traditions of martial arts, dance arts and healing arts. Come and experience the Joy of Movement. There is no prerequisite of fitness or training of any kind in order to participate in a Nia class.

Tuesday 7:30pm - 8:45pm
Classes Run:  Jan.19th to Mar.30th       
Exclusions:  Mar. 16th
Session Two (11 weeks)
Tuesday 7:30pm – 8:45pm
Classes Run:  Apr.6th to June 15th
Exclusions:  none

$132/11 class session

$120/10 class session

$15/drop in  (GST included in prices)
Please note that each session will run based on minumum attendance.
