Nia is a fitness program that incorporates the movements, concepts and philosophies from the Eastern
and Western traditions of martial arts, dance arts and healing arts. Come and experience the Joy of Movement. There is no
prerequisite of fitness or training of any kind in order to participate in a Nia class. Benefits
