Mom & Baby Fitness-light
cardio routine with baby combined with some "strength" moves using the baby - ie: squats, chest presses, modified
push ups, core/tummy work.
Mom's should be at least 6-8 weeks
post partum, The class is designed for babies who are pre-mobile and it is recommended that babies be under 20
pounds. Mom's do not need a baby carrier, but it would be easier for them to do the class
