beautiful time for mothers with babies six weeks until crawling to relax and bond together. This class includes gentle stretching
for mother and baby, correct breathing for the mothers, and Yoga poses together and alone. This class also incorporates gentle
massage techniques to stimulate, soothe and calm your little one.

Monday Afternoon TBD A great way for mothers to
enjoy gentle stretching and playing with their child through the gifts of Yoga. This 30-minute class is a positive, active
class that offers Yoga poses, breathing, singing, stretching and fun with Yoga balls. It is natural for toddlers to be up
and moving about and this is an expected part of this class.
You may join at any time during a session if space
available (price is pro-rated)
