The Refresher program is intended to refresh
and renew you for the labour and birth ahead. A review of stages and phases for labour and birth, breathing techniques,
relaxation and use of positions for labour are included
Can be taken on a Saturday morning 9:30-1:30 pm or over two weeknights
7:00-9:30 pm
Cost: $55.00 per couple (including tax)
For those who wish to refresh their memory on breastfeeding, and newborn
care, you may attend the breastfeeding, newborn care and post-partum class free of charge. Please call for available dates.
