Indulge yourself for 1 hour and connect with other expecting Moms.
A gentle yoga class
catered to expecting mothers. Stretch and strengthen your body, learn breathing techniques, and connect with you growing
belly. Recommended for all trimesters, but do listen to your body and what it needs from you. Experienced yogi's may practice
right up to the birth and others may be more comfortable to stop a few weeks before the baby is expected. We encourage
you to bring your own mat if you have one, although we do have mats available at the Centre.
